We happily offer FREE UK Delivery on orders over £120 and Free Delivery to Europe* and the USA on orders over £250
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11am the same day but this can take up to 24 hours during busy periods.
Please also note that all fabric orders are usually sent folded in a box when standard and express shipping is applied. However, there is a shipping upgrade that can be chosen if you'd like to receive your fabrics on a roll.

For delivery outside of the United Kingdom additional customs duties and fees may be charged and are not controlled by us. To find further information about custom charges and duty rates in your country please visit the relevant government website or click here.
For Delivery to the European Union after Brexit, coming into effect after 1st July 2021:
Any item from €0 to under €150 will have a local VAT charge applied but is not liable for customs charges.
Goods over €150 are charged VAT and if the origin of the goods is outside of the UK they also face customs duties.
Items sent as a gift up to the value of €45, sent from one individual to another have no VAT or customs charges. Items purchased from an online marketplace and marked as a gift will not be classified as a gift in customs and will incur charges as above.
Please contact the embassy or customs authority of the destination country for help, either directly or via their websites.
For Delivery to the USA:
Please note that any order value less than $800 (£560), excluding the delivery cost if any does not incur import tax.
Standard Delivery information:
ROYAL MAIL will not deem item as missing unless 10 Working days after due date and 25 days for overseas.
In that time frame we will not be able to offer any refunds due to the fact that the item could still be delivered. After the 10-day/25-day window we will refund or re-send the item with Signed Delivery with no extra charge.
For items which, by virtue of their nature, cannot be folded, we have to calculate a bulky goods' surcharge for shipping outside UK. The items in question are accordingly labelled.
*Free shipping over £250 applies on all countries of Europe except for Finland and Iceland as shipping prices are much higher than the rest of Europe. To Sweden we can only send using an Express Shipping service, which is charged.

We care about our customers and the environment. We love reusing leftovers, most of them are made into small samples to send out to you, or sent to students for their art projects supporting and promoting a "greener earth" .
Our packaging mostly consists of 100% recyclable cardboard boxes, and corrugated envelopes or bags made of sugar cane, the greenest material on the market and are fully recyclable.
Lastly, most of our fabrics and trimmings are tested for harmful substances, obtaining the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 class II certificate, certifying that our fabrics and trimmings are also produced sustainably in accordance with OEKO-TEX guidelines. Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to ship my items?
We aim to post orders placed before 11am the same working day but during busy periods this can take up to a maximum of 2 working days to process your order. On Holiday Season 2019, last shipping date is 16th December. All orders placed between 16th December and 2nd January will be shipped on 2nd January 2020.
How long does it usually take to receive my order?
Our Standard Shipping option usually needs 3-7 days to get to UK & EU destinations and 5-10 days to USA destinations after dispatch date. For the rest of the world it usually takes 10-15 days.
Do you do samples?
Can I change or cancel my order?
Should you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org!
Do I have to be registered to place an order?
No. If you use PayPal as your paying method, you can checkout as a Guest. For card payments Guest checkout isn't available at the moment.
Can I visit your shop?
We are not a retail shop and therefore are not open to public.
Do you cut the fabrics in continuous length OR do you sell by pieces?
All of our fabrics, materials and trimmings are sold by the meter and we do have 2 options for the iron-on film and leatherette fabric where they are sold in A4 sheets.
Do you do wholesale?
We actually do! Most of our fabrics and trimmings have options to buy in multiples of 1m, 5m, 10m, 20m, 30m, 100m where the prices per meter drop if you select 5m+ from the drop down menu. If you are interested in quantities more than 100m, please do not hesitate to contact us for a quote.
Can I print on your fabrics?
All of our fabrics can be printed and the best way of doing so is by using Screen Printing.
